The welcoming atmosphere and attentive service from the staff made me feel at home. The fresh seafood at the restaurant was a good surprise during my stay.

Stayed in suite with terrace which was perfect for me. The breakfast was satisfactory, they served exceptional meals.

Our stay was perfect, really enjoyed satisfactory breakfasts.

The hotel was fairly clean based in an organic style building with flexible staff. This modern venue had a secluded setting in a quiet area. Moreover, it's not far from the restaurant, the airport for the long journey home and great for early flights out of Palermo.

The gardens surrounding the hotel were beautifully kept and provided a peaceful area to relax.

Beautiful swimming pool area provides a nice relaxation spot.

The in-room amenities were nearly non-existent. No mini bar and just one coffee cup without coffee. The staff were not cute, and I felt ignored during my interactions at the bar. The owner seemed cold and unapproachable, which really detracted from the overall experience.

We booked a double room but got a villa. (For the same price) But don't rely on that happening every time.The staff were pleasant, attentive and helpfull.Excellent swimming pool.

The hotel is a bit isolated so a car is essential. (We were only for one night so for us it didn't matter). We were in a group and had four rooms but when restaurant orders were taken they weren't allocated to the individual rooms which caused a bit of a problem. Just be aware and ensure they understand your requirements. There are English speaking staff.

The location was excellent and perfect - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Had tastefully decorated suite with terrace and soundproofing, as example.

The seafood restaurant serves excellent dishes, showcasing fresh local ingredients. The air conditioning system struggled to cool the room effectively.

Location was perfect for an airport hotel, 10mins from Palermo airport, and not too many planes to bother you. Pool area is great, and the restaurant food very good. Short walk to the beach, bars and other restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful, and the hotel grounds are immaculate.

Rooms need a bit of refreshing, eg missing tiles in the shower, wobbly loo seat etc. Service in the restaurant can be a bit slow if busy.

The hotel is ideal and exceptionally comfortable and in an absolutely perfect location impressed by the restaurant. The staff are excellent and efficient and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge. The property offers well-appointed rooms with soundproofing, big comfy bed, a nice balcony.

Really good gardening design

This was a most pleasant stay, though we arrived after 10.00 pm and left the following morning, so not much chance to luxuriate!

The restaurant was closed when we arrived - so NB no 24-hour cafeteria (though there was a very jolly restauran down the road - amazing value and full of fishermen watching Serie A on the box). We also found the place surprisingly hard to locate, though I think this was because we were misdirected. But from the route we took we couldn't say it was virtually on the doorstep of the Airport - which was the reason for booking it.

Seemed like the best hotel for miles. Very close to the airport for early flights. Friendly, helpfull, English speaking staff.

Although this seemed like the best hotel we saw in Sicily, it is getting a little "tatty round the edges". ie. bedroom curtains off hooks, mini-bar fridge didn't work,Shower leaked all over the floor and bathroom smelt of drains. There is also a lot of difference between room types. We complained about our first room and were moved to a much better / bigger one. Our friends had an appartment which was excellent. Overall this was a good choice based on other hotels we saw in sicily..

Location to the airport.

The rooms were not clean, The first room we were offered had a broken window, and not towels. The air conditioning did not work. This is not a 4 Star Hotel as you have rated it. I would give a 2 Star rating.
